Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead our sales executives. The role demands leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of real estate sales, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through fieldwork, networking, and digital campaigns.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to close high-value deals.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and new project launches.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent in business/marketing.
3–5 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle pressure and lead a performance-driven sales culture.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.
